Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through this website.

Shipping Policy:

  • Jura Parts, a Services Unlimited, Inc./Parts Guru company, ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • In case your package is lost/damaged during transit, it is solely the buyers responsibility to file the claim with USPS (United States Postal Service or UPS (United Parcel Service). Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru is/will NOT be held liable or responsible for any items damaged during transit. Tracking number is emailed to the email address provided during check out process and will be emailed as soon as the order is shipped.
  • We strive to ship all online orders received before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time the same day. However, orders volume at times, specially over the weekend, can be overwhelming. Therefore, most In-Stock items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the order date. USPS orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive order shipping confirmation once the items is picked up by UPS/USPS.
  • UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air orders are shipped the same day IF the order is placed by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time, subject to item availability. UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air online orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day.
  • In transit times are provided by UPS or USPS and are based on business days. Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru does NOT guarantee transit times. "In Transit" times are determined by the carrier and are only estimates.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs involved with defective merchandise.
  • All returns/refunds for undamaged merchandise are subject to 20% restocking fee. Return merchant authorization (RMA) is required to return parts.  Restocking fee will be waived only when the parts are being exchanged with another of equal or greater value merchandise.
  • International
  • At this time, Services Unlimited, Inc./Parts Guru offers its international customer the option of choosing to ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and/or United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • International shipping with USPS (United States Postal Service) is via Priority Mail and USPS First Class International. Please note shipment via USPS can take up to 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination. We will provide tracking number for tracking the package. Local duties/taxes/tariffs/custom documentation fee are sole responsibility of the recipient/purchaser. Local duties/taxes/tariffs/custom documentation fee is NOT included in the shipping cost calculated by the shopping cart. In addition, Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru is NOT responsible for any packages lost/damaged during transit.  If item is lost/damaged, please contact local post office to file the claim. All claims must be filed by the buyer/purchaser.
  • International shipping with UPS (United Parcel Service) does not include local duties/taxes and/or custom documentation fees that are charged to the customer upon receiving the order at their doorstep. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SERVICES UNLIMITED, INC./PARTS GURU COVER THERE CHARGES. UPS provides tracking information for the orders which is supplied to the customers and ships according to the service selected by the customer.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs involved with defective merchandise.

Returns Policy:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting sales@partsguru.com. RMAs are valid for 15 days.

  • Clearly print RMA on the shipping label. Unclear RMA's or packages without RMA's will be refused and returned by the carrier.
  • Forward a copy of your electronic invoice to sales@partsguru.com
  • Special order items are not returnable.
  • Returns will be credited the purchase price and applicable taxes, less any restocking and or packaging fees, to the original credit card or to your Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru account.
  • Shipping and handling costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved returns will be shipped back to customers at their expense.
  • Items incorrectly shipped to Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru will be returned to customers at their expense.

New and Unused Parts Return:

  • New and unused parts valued at less than $15 cannot be returned for credit.
  • Approved new and unused returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • All new and unused parts must meet the following minimum requirements to be eligible for return:
    • (A) Returns must be received by Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru within 30 days from the invoice date. RMAs will not be issued after 10 days from the invoice date.
    • (B) Returns must be in resalable condition. This decision is based on the sole discretion of Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru.
    • (C) Your electronic invoice must be forwarded to sales@partsguru.com before you return the merchandise.
    • (D) The RMA number must be clearly printed on the return shipping label.
    • (E) Parts with manufacturer packaging seals that have been opened will be returned at customer expense without credit being issued.

Damaged Parts:

You must inspect all packages when received and before signing for them. If you receive a package that appears damaged, or contains merchandise that is damaged, you must first notify the shipper and then notify Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru within two days of receipt (same or next day). The incident will be documented, and the shipper may decide to return the delivery to Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru. Without the incident documentation, subsequent damage claims may be difficult or impossible to prove later.

Wrong Parts:

Customers must notify Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru within five (5) working days of receipt of any part that is shipped in error or short shipped. Services Unlimited Inc./Parts Guru will not honor any such claim reported after five (5) working days.

Repair Service Limited Warranty Information

All of our repairs are done with the care of the customers experience in mind. Hardware repairs, consisting only of parts replaced, come with a (90) day warranty. This means that for 90 days after completion of the repair, our standard warranty is observed (labor and parts covered). We will service your machine and at our option (1) repair or (2) replace the faulty hardware at no cost to you. The standard labor rate will apply on repairs and services beyond (90) ninety days.

Services Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for damages or costs that are the result of accidents, misuse, or abuse of your machine. Modifications or repairs made to your system by anyone other than Services Unlimited Inc. will void your warranty. Services Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for any losses or damages that arise during the shipping process.

What Is Covered:

Services Unlimited Inc. warrants the repair against defects in replaced parts or workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period ("Warranty Period"), beginning from the date of original repair completion. If the machine becomes defective during the Warranty Period, Services Unlimited Inc. will, at its option and without charge, repair the machine with new or reconditioned parts. Services Unlimited Inc. is only responsible for the replacement parts documented in the work order.

Repairs include descaling of the machine, internal cleaning; replace gaskets, O-ring seals and parts that are causing the reported malfunctions. Machine is tested for full functional state. We do not claim to transform the machine to function as new.

Repairs done at our workshop is warranted for 90 days and covers only the recurrence of the repaired malfunctions. If the part installed in the first repairs failed to function within 90 days, it will be replaced without charge. Any part needed to fix a new malfunction will be charged.

For fixing machine during warranty period, customer will prepay shipping to send the machine to us. If the machine is sent back after 90 days, the repairs will be out of warranty and billed as new repairs at the standard rates for labor and cost of parts.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from casualty, accident, transportation, misuse or abuse, liquid, neglect, alterations, service or repair by other than Services Unlimited Inc., improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Services Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for new problems that may arise during the warranty period.

Services Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for damages or costs that are the result of shipping damage. Machine must be insured to cover shipping damage.

Repairs warranty will be void before 90 days for the following reasons:

  • Accidental pouring of water in the beans container,
  • Feeding pre-ground coffee twice,
  • Accidental misuse of the machine,
  • Modifications or repairs done by anyone other than Services Unlimited Inc.
